According to the Arizona Daily Star, a Tucson motorcycle accident that killed a 22-year-old man has led to the sentencing of the 39-year-old driver of a car involved in the crash.
The Arizona motorcycle accident occurred when the 39-year-old man pulled in front of the motorcycle and into a driveway, causing the death of the 22-year-old motorcycle driver.
The man riding the motorcycle was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. The 39-year-old driver of the car was intoxicated at the time.
He was sentenced to 5 years in prison and 3 years probation as a result of the fatal Tucson motorcycle accident.
